  • Google RCS Policies
  • Telecom operator requirements
  • Indian regulatory requirements

Users acknowledge that:

  • Message delivery is subject to platform approval.
  • Template approval is controlled by Meta.
  • RCS campaigns may require operator approval.
  • Third-party policies may change without notice.

AKASH TONE CONSULTANT does not control Meta, Google, or telecom operator decisions.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Users are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • Proper customer consent.
  • Lawful collection of phone numbers.
  • Legitimate messaging purposes.
  • Compliance with anti-spam laws.

AKASH TONE CONSULTANT may suspend campaigns that:

  • Generate excessive complaints.
  • Violate messaging policies.
  • Breach regulatory requirements.
  • Threaten platform integrity.

Delivery rates are dependent on multiple external factors including:

  • Network conditions
  • Recipient devices
  • Platform restrictions
  • Operator filtering

Therefore, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with AKASH TONE CONSULTANT remain our exclusive property.
